Everything was fine, and the personnel was super friendly. I loved the convenient placement of the central heating, the electronic key card, and the TV in the triple room. the hotel has an amazing location close to great shops and nice restaurants, right in the heart of the city.

The hotel offered great value for money during our stay. The attentive staff was always willing to help, and the surrounding area was peaceful and quiet. the hotel's free parking was greatly appreciated during our New Year stay. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the delicious food served in the restaurant, with hearty portions that left us feeling satisfied.

The thin walls were a downside during our stay as we could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the corridor. our window faced an open-air spot, leading us to keep our curtains drawn more often than not, which was a little inconvenient.

Also, the bed was not very comfortable as it sagged in the middle, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Finally, we were not informed that only cash would be accepted at the time of check-in, and this was a bit inconvenient for us.
